This middle bracket is for when you have a PF30 or 386EVO shell frame and want to install 30mm cranks in the frame. They all have an internal diameter of 46mm, although widths range from 72mm to 86mm. Compatible cranks have a spindle with a diameter of 30 mm. The PF4630 MTB bottom bracket has almost zero power loss due to friction thanks to the bearings. Our coated bearings feature super round, super smooth CeramicSpeed ​​balls that roll on hardened steel raceways with a metal coating applied to the raceways, making them extra hard and smooth, resulting in longer life and lower drag than other options.
