The PF30 bottom bracket shells are 68mm wider than the BB30, but have a larger diameter, 46mm, so the bearings in the cups fit inside the shell. This kit includes all the parts you need to install a Quarq or SRAM 24/22mm spindle crank into a BB30 road or cyclocross bike. The package includes two cups and installed CeramicSpeed ​​bearings. There are two options Standard and Coated. Both have super smooth CeramicSpeed ​​balls seated in hardened steel grooves. Coated has another feature: a 3-micron thick metal layer on the raceway.
