This bottom bracket is suitable when you have a PF30 shell frame and want to install BB30 cranks in the frame. All have a 46mm inner diameter and smooth interior, up to a frame width of 68mm and a total of 86mm with the BB installed. The crank has a spindle with a diameter of 30 mm. Our Gravel bottom brackets are made with CeramicSpeed ​​Coated bearings and equipped with UFO Long Life Grease for maximum durability and protection in all environments. This center console has almost zero power loss due to friction thanks to the bearings. The bearings feature super round, super smooth CeramicSpeed ​​balls rolling on hardened steel raceways. The Coated version has a metal coating applied to the races, making them even harder and smoother, resulting in longer life and lower drag. They are installed in bowls.
