A BSA or English threaded bottom bracket has a traditional shell size. It has an internal diameter of 34 mm and is 68 mm wide. These cups slide into a BSA shell, allowing SRAM and Quarq 24/22mm spindle cranks to be installed. The CeramicSpeed ​​kit comes with bearings pressed into a threaded cup, which is then screwed into the frame. These bearings consist of either CeramicSpeed ​​Standard or Coated Bearings. Super smooth, super round CeramicSpeed ​​balls spin in hardened steel raceways in both. The Coated version has a metal coating applied to the grooves, making it even smoother and harder, resulting in longer life and lower air resistance.
