CeramicSpeed BB90 bottom bracket bearings Trek SRAM GXP, black
Trek developed its own BB standard to optimize frame construction. BB90 has a shell width of 90.5mm and an inner diameter of 37mm and is designed so that the outer cup bearings can be hidden in the frame. The CeramicSpeed kit comes as two bearings that are then pressed into the frame. These two bearings consist of either CeramicSpeed Standard or Coated Bearings. Both feature super smooth, super round CeramicSpeed balls that spin in hardened steel raceways. The Coated version has a metal coating laid on the raceway, making it even smoother and harder, resulting in longer life and lower resistance.
