The BB30 bottom bracket allows you to pair 30mm diameter spindle cranks and 42mm inner diameter bottom bracket shells. Cannondale pioneered this standard along with specially designed cranks, and many have found the benefits. The road versions have a width of 68mm, the MTB has 73mm. These are also the bearings you can use to replace the bearings in your PF30 cups. You have a choice of two bearings. The first choice is our standard low-resistance, long-life bearing with hardened steel grooves and our super round CeramicSpeed ​​balls. The second choice is our Coated Bearing, which uses the same balls installed on coated, hardened steel rings for longer life and less bearing drag.
