The bowls of the central composition without bearings for the Ekar 1x13 set are equipped with a special rubber seal, both from the sides and inside the frame, to prevent any penetration of moisture and dirt.

The new sealing method is patented by Campagnolo under the name ProTech™.
EKAR bowls/adapters are compatible with all standards (BSA, ITA, BB86, BB30, BB30A, BB386, PF30, BB RIGHT, T47).
Bowls bearing the designation IC21-PRBB86 are intended for a center size of 86.5x41 mm.
