Cannondale Synapse Carbon Disc Ulegra is a road bike with a light carbon frame. Thanks to the special processing of carbon and the shaping of the tubes, the frame is rigid, but at the same time comfortable. It is helped by several technologies developed directly by Cannondale.
One of them is the Ballistec Carbon precision processing system. Its basis is a structure made of ultra-strong fibers, which are combined with high-strength and impact-resistant resins. Together, they are combined into layers that maximize the direction-specific qualities of the fibers. The result is an extremely light, rigid and yet durable frame.
Another technology that focuses mainly on rider comfort is SPEED SAVE PLUS. It works primarily through the balance between the rear frame triangle and the fork. The main idea is that the tubes on the rear frame triangle are able to bend vertically and thus absorb shocks.
The carbon layering is designed so that the fibers are oriented in such a way that it absorbs the vibrations in its layers and dissipates them before they are directed towards the rider. In this combination, the frame is sufficiently stiff in the lateral direction, but at the same time it provides the rider with sufficient comfort even during long rides and thus delays fatigue.
The Cannondale Synapse Carbon Disc Ulegra road bike is equipped with high- quality Shimano components with 2x11 speeds. Shimano components stand out not only for their long service life, but also for shifting accuracy, low weight and perfect workshop processing.
A pair of Shimano R8020 hydraulic disc brakes will give you confidence on the descents, which thanks to the Ice-Tec cooling will keep you going even on long mountain descents and maintain a constant braking effect even in adverse weather conditions.
Cannondale HollowGram Si cranks made with patented 3D technology ensure efficient power transmission. The derailleurs are mounted on a forged duralumin carrier and deliver such stiffness and weight that they beat Shimano Dura-Ace, but at the price of Ultegra.
Fast acceleration will be supported by light and reliable long-life Mavic Aksium Disc Centerlock wheels, entwined on steel aero spokes with light aluminum hubs with high-quality industrial bearings. The wheels are mounted on fixed axles.
You can also rely on Schwalbe Lugano 700x28c tires, which excel in universal use.
Cannondale Synapse Carbon Disc 105 is a road bike with racing parameters, which also emphasizes rider comfort. You will be able to leave all-day road races with it and at the same time discover and get to know the wilder side of endurance cycling.

All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packed back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bicycle for in store pick up or home delivery, the bicycle will be waiting put together, checked and ready to use for you.
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seatpost to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tyres or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.
