The Pinarello XC GX Eagle AXS DT Swiss XRC1700 Pure Carbon is a full-suspension mountain bike that combines the latest technology with precise design and high-quality components. This MTB bike from the premium brand Pinarello is created for riders who put up with high performance, reliability and comfort even on the most demanding tracks.

Frame
The carbon frame is made of the most modern carbon fibers, which combine extreme lightness and high stiffness. This construction minimizes energy losses when pedaling, which allows more efficient power transmission to the rear wheel. The geometry of the frame is optimized for a combination of stable driving on descents and efficient performance on climbs. The design includes internal cable routing, which contributes to an elegant appearance and protects cables from damage.

Drive
The SRAM GX Eagle AXS electronic kit is a wireless shifting system that guarantees precise, fast and reliable shifting. This system eliminates mechanical cables, which minimizes the risk of wear and tear and the need for maintenance.
The cassette with a range of 10-52 teeth provides a wide range of gears that allow smooth and efficient handling of even the steepest climbs and fast descents. The SRAM GX Eagle chain is designed for high durability and reliability, which is essential for intensive riding in demanding conditions.

Wheels
DT Swiss XRC 1700 wheels are characterized by their lightness and high stiffness. These wheels are ideal for quick acceleration and precise control of the bike in technically demanding situations. The wheels are shod with premium tires with excellent traction that are puncture resistant and provide maximum stability on a variety of surfaces, including rocky and muddy terrain.

Cockpit

An article about a product

Konštruktéri dobre vedeli, pre koho primárne tvoria tento bicykel. Výsledkom je množstvo originálnych prvkov a tiež zaujímavá geometria.

Zaujímalo by ma, či by sa Pinarello pustilo do tohto projektu, keby na ich bicykloch nejazdil multitalent a víťaz posledných dvoch olympiád Tom Pidcock. Každopádne zrejme nechceli, aby Tom bral tituly na „maskovaných“ bicykloch iných značiek a keď sa pridala Pauline Ferrand Prevot, bolo asi jasné, že nie je iná možnosť.

Tento stroj tak má pomerne špecifický rodokmeň a môžeme povedať, že bol vytvorený z veľkej časti podľa ich požiadaviek. Na želanie Toma zabudnite na 120 mm vzadu, alebo extra položený hlavový uhol ako na trailbikoch. Žiadne uspokojovanie milovníkov down-country. Tu sa bavíme a „mašine“, ktorej zameraním je už od začiatku maximálny výkon v rukách schopného jazdca, ktorý požaduje agresívny posed. Paradoxne tak vznikol tiež bicykel, ktorý sa celkom dobre hodí napríklad aj na maratóny. Ako to myslím? Všetko sa dozviete vo videu, ale ešte predtým upresnenie názvoslovia.

V rámci ponuky značky nájdete 2 celoodpružené modely. Ten cenovo „dostupnejší“ nesie názov Pinarello XC a nájdete ho predstavený vo videu. Nad ním je potom ešte exkluzívny model označený ako Dogma XC. Ten má použitý iný karbón a samozrejme iné osadenie, ale všetky ostatné konštrukčné prvky sú totožné. Mňa tým trochu zmiatli a mal som za to, že Dogma XC znamená daný modelový rad. Snáď mi bude odpustené.

How we ship bikes

All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.

Our bike shipment is as follows:

The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
The bicycle is carefully packed back into a box and shipped
If you order a bicycle for in store pick up or home delivery, the bicycle will be waiting put together, checked and ready to use for you.
If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
1. Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
2. Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
3. Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
4. Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
5. Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
6. Mount seatpost to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
7. Inflate the tyres or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
8. Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
9. Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

Full suspension mountain bikes from Pinarello

A classic Italian brand named Pinarello has been around since 1952. Their 15th win on Tour de France was in 2019. Besides road bikes, they also offer MTB, urban, gravel, e-bikes and track bikes. The name of the brand is linked with the professional team INEOS Grenadier. Their rider Filippo Ganna wins on bikes from Pinarello.
