Giant Anthem Advanced 1 29 bike

Advanced Composite carbon frame - The super-light carbon frame is designed with the highest possible efficiency and perfect controllability in mind, it will prove its qualities in fast descents, technical passages and sharp exits. Advanced Composite carbon frames are manufactured in our own factories from the highest quality raw materials and using advanced manufacturing methods and processes. Thanks to this, they have high stiffness with low weight and provide excellent driving characteristics for competitive and performance cycling.

FlexPoint Pro suspension - The rear suspension with 100 mm of travel is designed specifically for XC wheels that require low weight, high efficiency, perfect handling and immediate response to the terrain. The FlexPoint Pro system is a proven single-pivot rear suspension with auxiliary repacking. This solution uses the flexibility of the rear structure (which has no mechanical pivot) and does not even need a lower rocker arm (the rear structure is extended to the shock absorber). The whole system is made of carbon.

Modern XC geometry - The geometry of the frame fully reflects current trends in competitive cross-country at the highest level. A steeper seat tube (angle of 75.5 °) puts the rider in an optimal position for the greatest possible efficiency during exits. On the other hand, in fast descents, a higher-set fork (angle 67.5 °) will provide more control over the wheel. The stability of the bicycle in difficult terrain and at high speeds is also improved by a longer reach and a modern "cockpit", which combines wider handlebars and a shorter stem.

All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.

Our bike shipment is as follows:
  1. The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
  2. The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
  3. The bicycle is carefully packed back into a box and shipped
  4. If you order a bicycle for in store pick up or home delivery, the bicycle will be waiting put together, checked and ready to use for you.
  5. If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
    1. Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
    2. Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
    3. Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
    4. Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
    5. Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
    6. Mount seatpost to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
    7. Inflate the tyres or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
    8. Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
    9. Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.
