GT Grade Carbon Elite 28 bike
The Grade is a bike built from the ground up for maximum adventure. It is more comfortable, universally usable and adjustable than ever before. With a new look and purposeful redesign of the iconic Triple Triangle , the new GT Grade is designed for longer and faster rides on a wide variety of surfaces. The GT Grade model brings a completely redesigned frame triangle to the Triple Triangle, which has floating rear struts compared to the original model . Thanks to greater vertical compliance, this solution increases comfort during all-day rides in various terrains. The front fork in the highest two carbon variants is equipped with flip chip technology and allows you to adjust the geometry of the bike to the terrain by changing the position of the front axle and choose between increased stability or sharper steering. The axis can be moved by 15 mm and thus increase the offset of the feet from 55 mm to 70 mm. Smaller offset is ideal for normal riding, 70 mm comes in handy when the bike is fully loaded with bikepacking bags.
The saddle struts of the rear structure are made of a mixture of light carbon and glass fibers . A solid fiberglass core adds toughness and cushioning capabilities. The outer layer of carbon fibers increases rigidity. GT refers to this connection as Dual Fiber Dynamics. Riders thus ride a bicycle that increases control while riding and reduces fatigue. For long journeys and endless adventures, the Grade is equipped with mounting points on the fork and frame . So you can clip a pannier to the top tube, the fork has "anything cage" points and the alloy frames have bottle mount points on the seatstays too!
The permeability of the tires is also an important parameter . Grade follows current trends , when it equips bikes with tires with a width of 37 mm , which is a good compromise for road and gravel riding. However, the bike can accommodate a width of up to 42mm for a true off-road adventure.
The Grade model is designed with ease of service in mind and is based on the brand's philosophy. The shift and brake cabling is thus routed through the outside of the frame. The Di2 and telescopic seat post, which do not require frequent replacement or service, then have internal routing for a clean frame look. Grade also has no specific components , so riders can adjust the bike to their own preferences without any problems.

All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packed back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bicycle for in store pick up or home delivery, the bicycle will be waiting put together, checked and ready to use for you.
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seatpost to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tyres or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.
