Unior Boltshark pliers, 200 mm
These extremely powerful pliers are used for simple cutting of metal wires, including hardened and tempered alloys and other extruded metals. They are ergonomically designed to achieve maximum performance and at the same time be easy to operate. Forged from high carbon steel with induction hardened blades, the Boltshark Pliers can cut up to 6mm soft metal wire, 4mm hard steel and 3.6mm hardened piano wire or spring steel. In addition to wire, Boltshark pliers cut 5mm bolts and rivets quickly and cleanly. The groove holds the thicker wire in place and prevents it from moving along the cutting blades when the jaws are compressed.

- Hardened / tempered to 47 HRC; cutting edges fully induction hardened to 64 HRC
- With anti-corrosion black surface and lightly oiled.
- The double-coated plastic handle ensures a good ergonomic grip.
Advantages:
- Designed with a double-rivet joint that increases cutting power with less effort.
- The greatest force should be applied at the beginning of the cut, when the handles are furthest apart. Boltshark pliers are designed so that the arms of the handle are as close together as possible to allow maximum force to be used at the start of the cut.
- The British leave a bevelled surface mark on both sides of the cut.
- For precise cutting of soft (up to 6 mm), hard (up to 3.5 mm) and piano wires (up to 3 mm).
- Suitable for cutting screws, nails, rivets, etc. up to a thickness of 4 mm.
