Muc-Off Ultimate Tubeless Setup Kit-XC / Gravel
Each kit contains: Muc-Off Tubeless Rim Tape, Seal Patches, 2x black tubeless valves machined by CNC and 2 bags of tubeless sealant Muc-Off No Puncture.
Manual:
1. Remove any old tape or tape and clean it.
2. Before gluing the tape, make sure that the edge is clean and dry.
3. Take the tape from the package and align it from the opposite side of the valve.
4. Start by unwinding a small amount of tape and keep it pressed with your thumb or finger.
5. Continue holding while you remove the tape and stick it firmly, as soon as you have a few cm on the tape, the adhesive tape will stick and holding is no longer necessary.
6. Continue all the way around the edge (if it has a large concave layer, you can pull the tape and rewind it to fill all the edges)
7. Cover the tape by about 10 - 15 cm
8. Leave a small amount peeled off so that you can cut off the rest
9. After cutting the sketch and pulling the tape down, create a seal
10. Walk around the edge with your thumb and make sure there are no air bags or dirty areas.
11. Once you are happy with what it looks like, use the small pin to find the hole for the valve and cleanly pierce the tape ready for the valve.
12. Grasp your tubeless valve and remove the circlip and ring
13. Select the correct rubber joint for the rim tape and insert the valve into the rim
14. Install the O-ring and circlip to secure the valve (do not tighten it, as this may damage the rubber)
15. Refit the tire of your choice so as not to damage the strap (using the tire levers, etc.)
16. Inflate the tire to achieve shape (you should hear a crack around the rim)
17.Release the air and remove the valve core using the spare valve cap
18. Grab the putty bag and shake it
19. Unscrew the cap and place the valve on the valve in the right position
20. While holding the bag, turn the wheel down so that the bag is now inverted
21. Insert the sealant by rolling the bag down
22.Turn the wheel back to the right and remove the bag
23. Re-insert the valve core and inflate it to its pressure
