High-quality latex-free sealant for handmade jackets
Top-quality sealant that creates a very stable and immediately sealing coating inside the casing.
The sealant is intended for road, cyclocross and gravel tires with a pressure of up to 7.5 Bar.
Durability after application: 6 - 9 months.
Thanks to Micro Fiber particles, it heals holes up to 6 mm.
Recommended sealant dosage and installation:
Road tires: 30-50 ml per tire.
Gravel / CX tires: 60-80 ml in one tire.
Filling the jacket with a valve:
Unscrew the valve and use the applicator to press the required amount into the traps. Screw in the valve and tighten.
Filling the jacket from:
Place the tire on the rim from one side only. Hang the wheel so that it is in a vertical position. The valve must be down.
Pour an appropriate amount of sealant into the casing. The bottle must always be upside down during application.
Put on the mantle from the other side as well. Start at the top and work your way towards the valve. Fit the last part of the tire near the valve by turning the wheel with the valve facing up.
Inflate the MTB tire to the required pressure. For road tires, use pressure in accordance with the rim and tire manufacturer's recommendations. Do not exceed the recommended pressure. If the recommended pressures differ, do not exceed the lower of the recommended pressures.
Swirl around so that the sealant gets into all the places inside the casing.
Take a test drive. With the correct assembly procedure, the casing holds the pressure.
Warning: store out of the reach of children. In case of swallowing, rinse the mouth with water, in case of contact with the eyes, rinse with water. In both cases, contact your doctor.
