SILCA Chain Stripper degreaser

Thanks to the SILCA Chain Stripper, chain degreasing is easier, faster and environmentally friendly.

You can use the chain stripper:
  • on a chain already mounted on the bicycle - apply the dropper link by link and leave it on for about 10 minutes, then apply again with the dropper and then wash the chain with water
  • for a new/dismantled chain - put the chain in a cup, cover it with the Chain Stripper, tap it properly for approx. 1 minute and then leave it on for another 9 minutes, then take the chain out of the cup and wash it with water
  • Then you apply the wax.
Product features
A biologically degradable preparation from Silco, which you can use to degrease the chain before applying the wax
It is no longer necessary to use solvents such as isopropanol and acetone
In addition, the Chain Stripper works as a primer - the surface of the chain is thus better prepared directly for the wax
