The zip closure prevents liquid spills as well as the ingress of sand and dirt, which greatly increases the versatility of the Packable Tote. The durable #5 UltraZip zipper will last for decades of use thanks to its patented abrasion-resistant fiber. Beautiful, 100% recycled ripstop 70D nylon/poly fabric is self-healing. It has a special surface treatment that actively heals minor scratches.
It is also waterproof. The shoulder strap is made of high-strength nylon webbing with a soft, sewn-in microfiber insert. Unlike bags with two straps, the Packable Tote is easier to grip, carry and store thanks to one strap. It weighs only 80g and packs down to fit in any pocket or bag. The integrated packing pocket serves as an inner pocket when using the bag. The Packable Tote has a Fair Trade certificate and is 100% carbon neutral.
