Product description

Small cylindrical handlebar bag with a capacity of 5 l / 7 l with a removable waterproof insert.

The lightweight and durable main material Nylon Robic (PU coating 1500 mm H20) was used for production. Inside the bag there is a removable waterproof liner (coated Nylon RipStop fabric, PU 5000 mm with taped seams), which is guaranteed to keep the contents of the bag dry.
Exposed areas where the bag touches the brake and shift levers are reinforced with a second layer of nylon fabric and Hypalon. The reinforcement between the spacer straps is made of HDPE board to achieve optimal weight.
The polypropylene mounting straps (100% recyclable) have a thick structure, so they do not slip in the buckles. Compared to the larger Bar Roll bag, the buckles and straps are chosen to be more subtle with respect to the volume of the bag, of course without negatively affecting their strength.
The buckles are equipped with Camlok locks that prevent the strap from slipping. The double-sided roll-up closure of the bag with Nifco buckles (-20 °C) for easy operation with gloves can be rolled like a classic Drybag by closing the buckles at the entrance to the bag.
Stressed seams are insured by the so-called Bartack stitch (zigzag), all threads used are polyester with a large fiber diameter for maximum strength.
We placed a chain from the strap on the bottom of the bag on the outside under the compression straps to allow the transport of additional equipment (e.g. tent poles). Additionally, a Bar Bag can be attached to the bag to increase the total usable volume on the handlebars.

Handlebar bags from Acepac

The Acepac brand was established in 2015. Its headquarters, development, and workshop are located in the Czech Republic in the city of Nachod. The original idea of the brand was simple, to spend more time in the saddle of a bicycle. That's why Acepac thought about multi-day expeditions. The brand got into bikepacking and began experimenting with attaching equipment and bags to trail bikes. The bags that were available at the time did not meet the requirements of the trail riding style. This was the stimulus for Acepac to develop something new.
