They are soft to the touch, but at the same time technical to keep you warm and dry. Work up a sweat and let Merino wool kick in with its exothermic properties that provide warmth even when wet without feeling damp or sticky. Hydrophobic polyester fibers dry quickly, which doubles the performance of these socks.
