When we introduced the first full-zip short-sleeve trisuit in the summer of 2014, Castelli pioneered the sport and changed the way triathletes dress and race. Today, almost no one races in anything other than a short-sleeved jumpsuit. Over the last 10 years, we have brought several modifications to this suit in terms of cut, functionality and speed. We dare say that the latest version will set the standards again. In a sport where aerodynamics are key and every detail is optimized, you don't want to leave anything to chance on race day.
The entire transformation of the Free Sanremo 3 begins with a complete redesign of the sleeves and shoulders. Hours of CFD analysis and wind tunnel testing have shown breakthrough aerodynamic improvements, mainly thanks to specially developed ribbed material on the sleeves and shoulders.
The Forza2 Stretch material has a sophisticated embossed structure that positively affects the flow of air around the legs. But we don't stop with aerodynamics. The new jumpsuit will keep you safe even on the hottest days. The lightweight and breathable torso material with integrated ice pocket at the neck will come in handy not only when you have to overcome Ali Drive in the October Hawaiian heat, but also during any race in hot conditions.
Sanremo means that the jumpsuit can be completely unzipped in the front for extra ventilation and easier toileting. The back pocket can fit enough sports nutrition.
