Exceed the speed limit

The BTW suit is precisely designed for such races, when you never shift up from a 53 × 11 or 12 gear and you go at your limit, or in corners at the limit of adhesion. Like the airplanes that inspired the term, the BTW suit uses cutting-edge research and construction in the pursuit of speed: CFD analysis, 3D test dummies, fabric research and testing, lots of wind tunnel testing, and then WorldTour race testing. But all of this is a small price to pay for a whopping THREE PERCENT overall drag savings compared to the fastest Sanremo suit in its class. The 3 percent is what really counts at higher speeds, especially in the range of 45-65 km/h.
