Castelli GABBA RoS 2 women's jacket/jersey

This is the 5th generation of the original jacket/jersey that started a whole new class of products: the Gabba. It is a waterproof jacket with short sleeves, which is also ideal for dry conditions. Made to be worn with Nano Flex arm warmers, it keeps your torso warm without overheating.

In 2010, Castelli introduced the Gabba model for professionals, changing the way professionals dress in the rain and cold. And also the way they dress for cold weather training. The Gabba is also an ideal cold weather piece for all non-professional cyclists as it keeps your torso warm and dry without overheating.

The latest fifth generation Gabba and the previous version are both basically waterproof while maintaining the breathability and wind protection that makes the Gabba always so good. It uses two exclusive Castelli GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® fabrics: warmer and 100% waterproof on the front, shoulders and sleeves, combined with a lighter, more breathable and more flexible fabric on the back, which sufficiently protects against splashing water.

The "2" part of the name refers to the latest version's updates, including a two-way YKK® Vislon® zipper for better ventilation adjustment. The reflective elements on the back are more visible, the seam in the upper part of the shoulder has been moved to the back and the three pockets can hold more things.

We usually wear a sleeveless base layer and short sleeve jersey under the Gabba, combined with Nano Flex arm warmers for colder and/or wet conditions, or Seamless warmers for milder conditions. Gabba RoS 2 is a must for autumn and spring riding.

Light jackets from Castelli
Castelli is a classic Italian brand known for its high-quality cycling apparel. They have been on the market since 1876, and they started with clothing for famous Italian football teams. In 1910, their first cycling clothing was made for the world champion Alfredo Binda. They introduced to marked their aerodynamic elastic bibs made from Lycra in 1977.
