We've created a pogie to extend the ride, a season for mountain bike families, and a Shotgun seat into a year-round product - which will result in more Shotgun seats being sold, as well as other winter riding essentials for the whole family. Our pogies were inspired by cycling dad and Kids Ride Shotgun team member Trev Worsey.
DEVELOPMENT OF POGIES
Parents aren't just buying a child seat, they're buying time spent on the road with their children - and warm hands mean more time on the road! We recommend up-selling pogies to all Shotgun seat customers. They also make a great gift for families with mountain bikes.
We are very excited about the launch of Shotgun pogies and have a number of press releases and/or features ready to go. We also work with major kids MTB websites to include our pogies alongside their existing kids MTB glove reviews as a one-stop alternative.

WILL THEY WORK ON REGULAR BICYCLES?
Our pogies are only suitable for use on bars without brake levers, as the design does not allow access to the brake levers. We recommend using them with Shotgun products and bars, but there's no reason they can't be used on a balance bike.
