The glasses fit perfectly and the wide-angle ventilated polycarbonate glass, which provides protection and a wide view, also contributes to the comfort. The 020 model is one of the latest models created in Salica Occhiali, it is light but without losing resistance. It is made of Grilamid with an anti-slip part made of Megol rubber. The upper part is made of injected plastic, which is really valued for its aesthetic and technical properties. One of the features of this item is the air system, which has triple frontal ventilation to better direct the air and thus prevent the lens from fogging. The side openings on the shoulders also help with ventilation. The nose pad lying directly on the face provides great comfort and prevents the sunglasses from falling. The rubber part of the nose pad can be easily replaced by the user. 020 can be worn with or without the frame, which is in matching colors. The complete sun visor offers better protection without stopping the ventilation of the glass. The 020 model has a mirror lens and in the RW version it also has a spare clear lens. The RW Radium replacement lens comes with the RWP version, a mirror polarized lens that guarantees an ideal visual environment, correct color perception and better comfort thanks to the absorption of sunlight reflections. Also available with the 020 item is the brand new RWX mirror photochromic lens from NXT®, which combines high-tech features and beauty. The new lens is developed with advanced photochromic technology that provides the right level of protection, instantly adapting to any light intensity and 100% sun protection. It is available from category 1, unactivated and with a soft shine, to category 3, when it is activated with an intense blue aspect. In the RWX version, the model is sold with RW colored glass, optional, and the RWX glass is supplied as a spare part.

All used SALICE glasses have at least UV 400 protection. UV factor 400 means that the glass reflects the ultraviolet spectrum of UVA, UVB and UVC. In addition, the glasses used in this particular model have the following parameters:
Polycarbonate glasses with anti-scratch treatment and rainbow effect. They partially reflect reflections from water bodies, snow and ice.
The SALICE designation of HC glasses, i.e. HIGH CONTRAST LENS, means that the light filtered by the human eye is divided into the visible spectrum, which it is in the range between 380 and 780 nm and of the invisible spectrum, which also includes ultraviolet UV and infrared IR light fields. Blue light is part of the visible light spectrum from 380 and 500 nm and is known as HEV (high energy visible light). HEV glasses stimulate the retina of the eye and the brain is then better able to distinguish each color, the colors do not blend into each other, thanks to this both the eye and the brain are able to react faster and thus we see better and sharper contrasts.
SALICE glass mark IDRO – WATERPROOF - The glasses have a special surface treatment, their surface is therefore smoother than that of ordinary glass and therefore water slides down them and the glasses remain clean.
SALICE marking of glasses ANTIGLARE - The glasses have a layer on the inside that prevents light from passing through the glass and as a result, you see color contrasts and see them more clearly.
