Even more breathable, more compressive and more aerodynamic – the EQUIPE RSR S11 replaces the RSR SUPERLÉGER S9 as the most advanced racing shorts in ASSOS history. The new material surrounding the large muscle groups in the legs is the most compressive textile yet, called Kompressor, which provides firm support and helps reduce fatigue caused by microvibrations during hours of intense riding. The seat area and mid-body are wrapped in less compressive Type.911 material, which is the main material in the RS S11 and R S11 shorts, and here helps relieve pressure on sensitive areas. The combination of compression and ultra-elastic materials allowed the rollBar to be removed without losing 360-degree stability, while the clean-cut waistband eliminates any restriction of movement. The new RSR S11 liner maintains the same low-volume, micro-damper comfort and hyper-cooling airflow as the RS S11 liner, but includes additional damping modules located under the sit bones, optimized for maximum effect in aggressive racing positions.
CHARACTERISTIC MATERIAL
The all-new Type.959 Kompressor is an exclusive woven material that is more breathable, cooler and more compressive than the previous Kompressor fabric. It also provides increased abrasion resistance and eliminates sliding and friction thanks to integrated anti-slip properties. The seat area and mid-body are wrapped in the Type.911 material that defines the rest of the Racing Series – a soft, compressive and ultra-breathable fabric that remains deep black even when stretched. Both fabrics offer UPF 50+ protection.

AEDP flederMann delivers an aerodynamic racingFit that evokes a second skin, developed based on WorldTour feedback and results. Micro-tuned shaping tightly hugs major muscle groups and provides compression support in an extended, more aerodynamic pant length.
TECHNOLOGY
Endurance Compression: Muscle support that reduces fatigue during hours of intense riding. Textile panels are strategically arranged for maximum compression effect.
ELECTRIFIED Grip: Integrated anti-slip fibers are woven directly into the KOMPRESSOR fabric, ensuring a smooth and stable fit around the thigh without friction.
X-Frame: A-frame construction that limits sag in the lower back area and stabilizes the liner and main panel during intense riding. It is anchored across the shoulders using our lightest suspenders.
RSR S11 Insert
Shock-Absorb Damping System Twin 13: Double-layer racing platform with 9mm foam complemented by 4mm ultraDistance inserts under the sit bones.
kraterCooler: Perforations in the front of the liner allow cooling air to pass through, ensuring maximum breathability and a dry, cool microclimate.
whirlKrater: Perforations distributed throughout the insert create a swirling effect of cooling air instead of a unidirectional flow.
Mineral Tec Surface: Soft, ultra-smooth upper material reduces friction and irritation, while promoting comfort with quick-drying properties and permanent odorControl technology.
goldenGate 2.0: The insert is attached at the front and back, while the sides and center remain free, allowing it to move with the body instead of against it. New cutouts on the sides reduce bulk and friction while pedaling.
