Thanks to the innovative design, it is not necessary to squeeze the bottle. Tilt it and the water flows as you need it.The bright blue tube under the Podium® cap is the Vent Tube. It's the secret to the high water flow rate when you turn the bottle upside down to drink. The vent tube allows air to enter, which replaces the water that flows smoothly out of the bottle.
Camelbak bottle caps are compatible with each other. You can transform your Podium Vacuum Insulated bottle into a stylish everyday water bottle by purchasing a Chute Mag or Carry Cap. With the Hot Cap lid, you can turn it into a mug for coffee or tea.
The construction is durable enough to withstand the scratches that are inevitable when in contact with the basket. Both Podium Steel and Titanium will likely eventually show some wear that does not affect the function of the bottle.
