Yakima Highspeed is a universal bike carrier with attachment to the front fork after removing the front wheel. Owners of bicycles with a non-standard frame shape, those with brake cables running under the frame, etc., will appreciate this method of transport. In the case of this method of transporting the bicycle, you do not have to worry about scratching the frame when attaching the bicycle to the cyclo carrier.
The patented method of attaching the fork in the Yakima Highspeed carrier is compatible with all sizes of axles and forks, thanks to which you can transport any type of bicycle on this carrier.
You can mount the car carrier very quickly. It is compatible with all types of roof racks. You can lock the carrier and the bike against theft (locks are part of the package).
The Yakima Highspeed has a solid metal construction with an attractive black finish.
Securing a bicycle in a bicycle carrier:
The patented adjustable system of attachment of the front fork of the bicycle to the Yakima Highspeed Cyclone Rack adapts to any dimension of the bicycle fork.
Attaching the cyclone carrier to the roof racks:
Fastening to the basic carriers is ensured by an adjustable plastic strap with steel reinforcement, which adapts to the shape of the carrier. This method guarantees that you can attach the cyclo carrier to any width of the carrier profile (with or without a T-groove). After fixing the carrier on the roof racks, you can secure it by locking it.
Rear wheel mounting:
You fix the rear wheel of the bicycle in the adjustable holder using a sufficiently long strap.
Security:
You secure the bike on the carrier using a cable with a lock.
Single key system: you use the same key to lock the cyclo carrier to the cross carriers and the bike to the cyclo carrier.
